Hello Ice Cats!
In previous years we’ve been able to offer the opportunity for house team members to play in games as needed for free however this year, due to low numbers, we are finding that that is not providing sufficient funding to cover our ice time and referees. We do not want to lose our Sunday ice slot and although we would rather not have to we are going to have to ask that house team members pay a drop in fee of 20 dollars for home games. Away games will remain free as we do not pay for that ice. We hope you all understand and this will be reassessed next year based on numbers.

Our Sunday ice slot time is now 5:40-6:40pm for the rest of the season.
The rink pushed us back 10mins so they can resurface the ice twice and give us a better surface.

Keene High School Holiday tournament
Keene High School Girls Hockey team is hosting a Holiday hockey tournament at Keene Ice tomorrow (Monday, Dec 27). They will be playing at 8:40am, 1:10pm and 4:50pm. If you’re in the area, it should be some fun, short games (30mins) to watch.
There are games all day (8 teams) so anytime between 8:40am – 5:30. If you come to the rink you could watch some future Ice Cats:)

The Ice Cats Holiday party is tonight, 6pm at Jodie’s new place: The Carriage Barn 358 Main Street, Keene . It’s across from KSC.
Bring something to share (food and drink).
DON’T forget the sock swap .
